Month's Favs

1. Natrium Sunscreen

Natrium Sunscreen

Girl, SPF is non-negotiable, especially when you're training outside or just living your life in the sun. This one doesn't leave that white cast, sits beautifully under makeup, and actually stays put through a sweat session. Protecting your skin IS part of your wellness routine. Don't skip it.

2. Anti-Slip Workout Grips

Anti-Slip Workout Grips

These are a total game changer for lifting. No more ripped palms or losing your grip mid-set, these keep you locked in so you can focus on the work. Small investment, big difference in your training.

3. Grüns

Grüns gummies

Okay these are my new obsession. Over 60 organic ingredients, 20+ vitamins and minerals, prebiotics, and they taste like a Popsicle Firecracker. I actually look forward to taking them. No chalky powder, no giant pills. Just grab a pack and go. This is the easiest wellness habit I've built.

Introducing Decide who you want to be then become her

Where women grow together. On purpose, with purpose.

There's a moment in your life that will change the trajectory of your life forever. Not this big dramatic event, sometimes it can look like a quiet Tuesday evening when the kids are asleep, the house is clean and you take a quick glance in the mirror before lugging yourself to bed. But this time you don't recognize yourself in the mirror. Whether it is the weight, the darker circles, the split and brittle ends, or you just notice that the light inside is just way too dim.

I actually have found myself in this same scenario time and time again. Unrecognizable, unhappy, and unfulfilled. And the crazy part? Everything around me looked fine on the outside. Life was moving, things were functioning, I wasn't in crisis. But on the inside I was completely stuck. Like my body was on autopilot and my soul hadn't caught up in years.

That night I think my frontal lobe developed a very vital part. The part where you stop just surviving and start deciding. Because that's the secret most people don't tell you, that becoming her isn't something that just happens to you. It's something you have to choose. Quietly, privately, before anyone else even notices the shift.

So I made a decision. Not a soft, maybe-tomorrow decision. A real one. I decided that if my life was going to change, I had to change first, and that meant getting serious about the small things I kept brushing off. The alarm I kept snoozing. The workout I kept skipping. The routine I kept meaning to start. All of it.

"Discipline isn't punishment. It's the greatest form of self-love you'll ever practice."

I started with alarms. Not just a wake-up alarm, intentional alarms. One for water. One for sunlight. One to remind me to move my body before the day swallowed me whole. It sounds small. It wasn't. Those alarms became anchors. And anchors became habits. And habits became her.

I got strict about my morning. No phone for the first 30 minutes. Sunlight on my face before a screen touched my eyes. A workout, even when it was just 20 minutes, before I gave my energy to anything or anyone else. I stopped negotiating with myself. She doesn't negotiate. She just shows up.

The schedule, the routine, the structure, it wasn't about being rigid. It was about finally respecting my own time enough to protect it. When you build a life with intention, you stop living by default. That shift? That's where she lives.

I decided that the woman I saw in that mirror wasn't the final version of me. She was just the version that had been running on empty for way too long. And she deserved better; better rest, better fuel, better boundaries, better grace.

So I made a decision. Not a vision board. Not a New Year's resolution. A real, bone-deep, "I'm doing this for me" decision. And I want that for you too!

This issue isn't about a glow up. It's about a wake up. Decide who you want to be then become her. One choice, one habit, one Monday at a time.

Faith +
Scripture

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."

, Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

Before you decide who you want to be, know this: God already knows. The version of you that you're reaching for? She's not out of reach. She's been the plan all along. You're not starting over, you're finally walking in the direction you were always meant to go.

No Mess Monday

– Identity Edition
This month's reset is less about your to-do list and more about your mindset

  1. 1. Write down who you're becoming, not who you are right now. Future tense. She works out. She drinks her water. She shows up. Write HER down.
  2. 2. Audit one habit that doesn't match her! What's one thing she wouldn't do that you're still doing?
  3. 3. Do one thing today she would do! Make the bed, get the workout in, say no to something that drains you.
  4. 4. Say it out loud "I am becoming the woman I was created to be." Sounds simple. Does something powerful.
  5. 5. Give yourself grace! She's not built in a day. But she IS being built. Every Monday is a brick.

Notes ✦

Fitness
Hacks

Because the woman you're becoming shows up for her body.

Beginner: Bodyweight Squat

Master your form here first. Feet shoulder width, chest up, sit back like there's a chair behind you. 3 sets of 15. This is your foundation.

Level Up: Goblet Squat

Hold a dumbbell at your chest and go deeper. More core, more glutes, more results. Once you own this one right here?!? You own the gym floor.

Wellness Tip of the Month

Start your morning with 16oz of water before anything else! That's before coffee, before your phone, before the kids find you. Give your body what it needs first. The woman you're becoming prioritizes herself.
